Well, red meat with red wine is common sense rite? so what happens if u got red meat with only white wine?..... time for some cocktail!
Added some cream of cassie (black currant flavour liqueur) for the red wine taste and some amaretto(almond flavour liqueur) for the bitter sweet taste on to a cube of sugar. then slowly add in the white wine...
made a mistake in choosing wine... fuck it... i use a year 2000 vintage white wine that taste not bad but arg.. the alcohol content is confirm not the same stated on the label... just after a few sip, i feel a bit hot liao... then a few more sip i feel my head is light... even my mum who drink hardcore liqueur often got a bit tipsy.... i guess this is the closest i get to being drunk... i have not been drunk b4 :) bitter sweet taste, that is kinda good i think...

well, today i manage to get to school at 8am LOL! then at 10am attended the com tool kit lesson and got back my info report (about STDs) which i got 23/30... the best result i got so far...
after sch i went to chinatown with my mum. actually is my mum do shopping and need some one to carry for her... went around then stop at a sweet snacks shop. my mum bought 3 kg of mu shu ($1.50/100g) then went around again bought dried coconut strips (one of my fav) and some baked stuff. later i brought her to a shop in temple street cause she said she is looking for equipment to cook the reunion dinner. we went to lau choy seng, the shop where i got 30% of my cocktail equipment. she bought 2 bambo mat like thing... i more or less can guess what she cooking liao :) even thought she nv tell me wat she cooking tat night :) must be buddha jump over the wall or sumthing similar that require stuff in a pot to be seperated into diff category.
then we went to another shop down the street to look for pot, she said she wanted to make kim chi... OMFG! she so free now she even know how to make korea national dish.... well... good for me, i looking for more bar equipment also :D she looking for her pot, i looking for my bar equipment :) I finally found mine but she ended up buying a shredder instead for lao yue sheng at home lor, shredding thos raddish and carrot... she also dun need to say i can know.... she is so predictable... girls nowadays is so unlike my mum... so unpredictable....
after tat we went to eat high tea at smith street i think... ate some dim sum... not really good but cheap and fresh... Fresh as in dish is cook after the customer order... as a person who likes to eat, i can tell with one look the ingredients like prawns is not fresh at all...well, there is a chinese saying, Yi Fen Qian, Yi Fen Huo, guess its true...
after tat my mum want to buy barbercue meat, which i am so suprise to see a queue longer than a 4d or toto queue just to buy some meat that are so damn ex! well my mum lasy to queue for long so we went to another shop which have lesser queue but still got quite a long queue...
then my mum still wanna buy stuff like bambo fungus and sharks fin... almost can see the dish in my head liao... should be soup type with cornstarch ones liao, confirm sticky sticky one... she some more want to buy dried ones... OMFG... my mum is so damn free to even buy dried sharks fin and not those ready prepared ones....
after the shopping i went bowling and today, bowled a normal average... a problem arise..... I fucking can strike but cannot spare! WTF! if every game i spare all i can easily get 200+ liao just bcause i can strike but cannot spare, my score stuck at 150-180 range.... Pin 10 is really.... Dunno use wat word to describe pin 10 leh.... damn jia lat...
went shopping for sausage (after the carbonara i got addicted to lamb sausage) bought other flavour, rosemary and another garlic with herbs...
went home i lightly fry the sausage and make the wine cocktail. serve it to my guenie pig, my mum :) sis bak home kinda late so too bad... if not got another guenie pig ;) then after preparing the dish, i chop all the remainding strawberry and make a bottle of strawberry infused white rum(barcadi).
well, i feel kinda high after drinking half bottle of wine... must slp liao... hack care anything liao....
