well spend some time making the carbonara! taste superb cause i make one mah! hahahaha... anyway really taste good cause i make it with my heart and soul... i think 2 week later i can say bye bye to most the delicious food in the world! gonna put on braces.... i use the garlic lamb sausage and normal chicken sausage. added some aspragus and baby corn for more vitamin and nutrients.

simple drink that taste so-so... its made with ice, 30ml campari, 30ml sweet vermouth and top with soda water.

therefore, i decided to change a bit here and there but in the end change alot lol!

Hemo No. 1 (the first drink i made myself)

This drink is made using 4 orange flavoured liqueur: Campari(bitter sweet orange), Grand marnier (orange flavour cognac), Vodka mandrin (orange flavour vodka) and Cointreau (refreshing orange flavour). If u wonder y is the colour red and pinky-orange, u got some talent! i added another ingredent: rose syrup, just a little to get the colour and sweetness. finally the drink is top with 7-up ice!

Hahahaha, my mum say it taste the best among all the drinks i made. anyway its really fun comming out with stuff from scratch. the drink was created with an topic, orange flavour. but i dun wanna use orange juice cause it is damn simple. therefore orange flavour liqueurs + sumthing to make it lighter, easier on the mouth, refreshing then all adds up to Hemo No. 1 !!!

LOL, becoming worst day by day... miss 2 lesson in the morning today and only went to MPP workshop session... Copy answers in quiz and cheated a bit here and there in the programming... BAD BOY ME!

went to the dentist after the lesson and the dentist show me x-rays of my mouth(i didn't realise i got 4 wisdom tooth...) then put some rubber stuff in between my tooth then assign the next appointment time. when i ask how much is it for today, i was shock! $800... that rubber stuff cost $800? the x-ray i paid last time liao so cannot be so ex mah... then chey! the nurse told me it was the fee for putting the rubber and braces(which is 2 weeks later, 1st feb). then the dentist came to talk to me about my jaws. my lower jaws are out then the upper ones. he gave me 2 option to repair it.

option 1: sugery, push back the lower jaw.

option 2: push out the upper jaw then push back the lower jaw(without sugery)

i went home then discuss with my mum and she say 2 straight away. she said no to sugery! well, i was thinking abt 2 too... well, its decided then, 2 will be the choice.

after tat i went to cook carbonara, actually its for breakfast :) every morning eat bread with jam is so boring lor... since tonite got some time i cook lor. not very hard, takes abt 15 min to prepare then another 15 min to cook.

Question: who should be the first to eat the carbonara cooked by me?

Answer: of course is me lar! if no good i rather throw away(which luckily never happen b4) then let ppl eat lor... will tarnish my reputation leh...

after tat i go back to my room then i realise i still got a family genogram haven finish... OMFG! with some help from my mum i manage to do this much...
