Chinese New Year Day 1 !!!

Morning wake up and change into new clothes then went out to have our Breakfast! we went to a hotel at city area... make a guess :D


after we ordered then the first dish came... its the dish that i think most ppl in singapore will know, its yu sheng(aka raw fish salad)!

heres how its done...

First the oli... it makes the salad taste nicer... its troublesom the take photos so i took a video instead...



well... after tat, we have to toss the salad... it looks sumthing like this...



after finish the salad we had dim sum then we went home...

Very hot day today... so i made a simple drink.

Hemo No.6Simple drink which consist of lychee liqurer, blackcurrant vodka and 7up ice. very refreshing... taste sweet :) just wat i needed for a hot day!
