Stress!!!

yesterday after school went bowling then eat prawn noodle with HP and JL... after tat HP bring us to a place near beach road to eat some more........ LOL! we went there i kinda full so was thinking desserts will do... so i ordered a chocolate fondue... HOLY COW!!! the chocolate fondue was GODLIKE! mashmallow with warm chocolate, banana with warm chocolate and strawberry with warm chocolate taste good! and the Bread Pudding is another GODLIKE!!! LOL now then bring me there... the Desserts there quite good sia...

after tat we went home but it was quite late so we all walk to parco bugis junction taxi stand to take cab. well cannot imagine the queue is so long at tat time lor... anyway i cannot forget the bread pudding and chocolate fondue.


this morning i dunno y woke up so late (1pm) when i have class at 10am... siao bo i went to check my alarm clock and see... my alarm clock working perfectly... tats means i sleep like a dead person... anyway... since i have time i went to the kitchen make a mess again...


Pork chop with onion sauce!

"LAME" chop with onion sauce...

well the pork chop was seasoned with chilli pepper for abt 2 days, its too long i guess.... its spicy and i think i'm the only person in my house that like spicy food... the lamb chop was marinaded with rosemery and mint... but i think its not enuf to take away the unique smell of the lamb meat. the onion sauce is made using chicken stock, onion, white wine(finally finish all the left over wine...) and some black pepper.

after cooking i went to school to hand in a paper then went KSP bowling... today bowl average of 158... i was happy cause the scores are all very close like +/- 10 only... tats means i'm more consistan with my bowling... went apporach ben to see if i have chance to join his team for tuesday league. althought he nv directly reject me, but i know it... i got no chance... nvm... next season i'll try to find a team or maybe i'll form a team then sponser the thropy fund (only if can find good bowler) ...

after bowling i went to eat prawn noodle with HP and JL. we join ivan(national youth... mai siao siao) roose (i dunno how to spell...) after roose left, the 4 of us kept chatting... after a while ivan left then the 3 of us chat till 1am+...

well, i made up my mind! starting from today(as at 27-01-2006 12:00am) i'll completely change the style of bowling!
