Infused Spirits

Vodka, rum, sake, tequila, etc... are classified as spirits. they usually have light or no taste, and goes well with almost any cocktail as a base.

the infused spirits i made are all made using Vodka, which is( i think so) the only spirit without any taste and smell of only alcohol.

from left to right : honeydew+ vodka, watermelon+vodka , strawberrry+vodka.

i still thinking of ways to enjoy these spirits... must be able to enjoy the flavour but not too strong alcohol...

lol.... dunno can do wat else... i just tasted the melon infused one, it taste ok... but the melon flavour kinda light so when i make the watermelon and strawberry one i added more fruits.

my next creation might be peach infused sake! but need to find fresh peach which i doube its in season right now....

today i nv go school at all... woke up at 4.30pm... wth... i sleep at 12am+ can i set alarm to ring at 7am... i not tired yesterday dunno y i sleep like dead already till 4.30pm... fuck! my attandance die liao....

after i wake up i went to great world eat breakfast... then go KSP bowl. today bowl not very good... avg 153 for 5 games(170,172,155,135,133)... missed many pin 10 and some pin 6. sad... today dunno y i am so fucked up side down side up! after bowling i help Jeffery clean his V2 Strong/R which is a ball i intended to buy but give up for Doom Raw Hammer. after cleaning his ball i sun bian clean mine also... then i realise WAT THE FUCK IS WITH THE SCRATCH! my XXXCEL which i rarely use b4 i change realease got so much scratch... KSP the machine suck lor! scratch my ball... but nvm lucky the scratch only very shallow and not on my track. If its on my track, i'll go crazy!!!

went to Ikea to get a air tight jar(for the watermelon infused vodka), ice crusher and a shaker. i already got 1 shaker but the lid is stuck and i cannot open. after trying many method like hot water and ice water, i decided to get another 1 but diff type, the 1 metal + 1 glass type instead of the all metal type...

went home, wash the jar, prepare watermelon, add watermelon and vodka in the jar and put a label then put in the fridge in the veggy compartment.
