Cooking Spree! Ownage!

Today made a big mess in the kitchen and made....

Fried Chicken!
Mainarated in yougert, chilli powder, salt, pepper and a little sherry. it taste good but although the skin taste really GODLIKE, but hae to throw it away... sagurated fat, is very bad for health espically for the heart!

Ma Po Tofu!

A classic sichuan dish which is spicy and spicy and even more spicy! taste not bad, actually cooked this dish cause i want a little of the spicy sauce for....

Spicy clayfish

First time preparing clayfish... dun usually get clayfish cause it taste like normal prawn with the texture of a fish. but after eating....

the clayfish prawn noodle at KSP, i changed my view! the clayfish with texture like a fish is because its frozen(forzen food spoil the bond of the meat fibre), if its fresh, it taste really close to lobster!

Well, this meal is not really healthy casue it lacks of greens so maybe next time i'll cook some veggy dish!

anyway, after cooking all that i also prepared some spaghetti sauce for breakfast!

the sauce contains loads of stuff! bell peppers, peas, chicken franks, celerys, button mushroom, fresh mushroom and many other stuff......

Well, today woke up and play a few games of dota then realise sean go high fever lor... no wonder he long time nv play liaoz.... after that i went to prepare the yu sheng casue if not the stuff will get expire soon... better dun waste.. after i prepare i remember i dun have any fish... OMG! 鱼生 without 鱼...... my mum say nvm can use abalone to replace cause abalone is bao 鱼!

LOL in the end opened 4 can of new moon brand abalone. dotz... need to open so many anot? 4 person eating only.... dunno wat my mum and dad thinking... and my dad even added top shell.... although really taste good but the plate of yu sheng i think cost abt $200 over liaoz... -_-'' a $200 salad...

after eating i went to KSP bowl... do a bit of the same drill then tried 2 step bowling cranker style... not bad sia! but not as good as before... dun feel like going to the valentine funbowl liaoz... WTF is wrong with me wearing my bowling shoes walking about... I AM DAMN RETARDED! nvm... asked my canada frend to try getting the sole for me hope it will be quick...
