Nth much to talk abt... my life is really boring, i need some changes!!! anyway today went bowling and then went home.... cooked...


Garlic pepper fish with white chocolate sauce

well, the chocolate is actually a small piece of chocolate melted and seasoned then top over the fish... the real reason using chocolate is because i no more salad dressing for the salad... in the same time give the fish a little chocolate bitter sweet taste.

SIANZ... I need a life!!!
